Customs compliance at a glance
AEO · ATLAS · CCI · ICS2 · CBAM · EUDR · CSDDD — we keep you regulatory-clean.
ICS2 Phase 3 Obligations 2026
We file the ENS pre-arrival in ICS2 Phase 3 on your behalf - for sea, road, rail and air freight. You send us the consignment data, we check it against the ICS2 requirements, lodge it as your carrier representative in the EU system and keep your supply chain free of cargo stops at the external borders. From Emmerich am Rhein, right on the NL/BE-DE corridor.
CBAM Carbon Border Adjustment for Customs
From 1 January 2026, CBAM is mandatory for importers of iron, steel, aluminium, cement, fertilisers, hydrogen and electricity. We register you as an authorised CBAM declarant, handle the quarterly reports and dovetail CBAM with your ATLAS customs declaration. You provide supplier and quantity data — you receive a complete compliance process from a single source.
EUDR Deforestation Regulation
We prepare your EUDR Due Diligence Statement in TRACES NT and link the DDS reference directly to your ATLAS customs declaration. You send us supplier geo-data, volumes and country of production - we verify, register and ensure every shipment of wood, coffee, cocoa, soy, palm oil, rubber or cattle clears customs without delay. Application start: 30 December 2026.
Sanctions and Dual-Use Screening
We screen your business partners, destination countries, goods and end uses against EU sanctions lists and Dual-Use Regulation 2021/821, classify Annex I entries and apply for BAFA export licences on your behalf. You send us consignee master data and product description — you receive a sanctions-check report, classification result and licence documentation, so shipments clear customs on time and penalties stay off the table.
Brexit BTOM UK Imports and Exports
You move goods in both directions between the EU and the UK — we handle the complete customs clearance from Emmerich. We prepare the EU export declaration in ATLAS and the UK import declaration in CDS, coordinate CHED-IPP/CHED-PP pre-notifications via IPAFFS for SPS shipments, hold GVMS references for UK imports and align with your British customs agent. You send us commercial invoice, packing list and transport data — you receive a fully stamped supply chain under the EU-UK TCA.
AEO Authorised Economic Operator
We guide your AEO application from the readiness analysis through to authorisation - AEO-C, AEO-S or AEO-F. We prepare the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), coordinate with the competent main customs office and structure your customs processes so that they hold up in the on-site audit and ongoing monitoring. You provide process documentation and compliance evidence, you receive an issued AEO authorisation with an individual AEO number.
German DDG and Supply Chain Act LkSG
We provide LkSG-conformant master data drawn from every import clearance we handle for you: structured supplier records, countries of origin, transit routes and product-group assignments. You send us your supplier list plus risk-country list — you receive a customs-mapped LkSG data output ready for your risk analysis and BAFA report. We coordinate with your compliance team on scope, data format and delivery cadence. The DDG (German Digital Services Act implementation, in force since 14 May 2024) is a separate regime for digital service providers; we cover it on this page solely to delineate it from LkSG.
CSDDD EU Due Diligence from 2029
We deliver the customs-relevant CSDDD data stream for your due diligence obligations from 26 July 2029. You send us your tier-1 supplier list and CN codes; we link your supplier master data to customs clearance and hand structured foreign trade data to your CSDDD officer for risk analysis and reporting. The threshold of 5,000 employees and EUR 1.5 billion net turnover worldwide (Omnibus I, Trilogue 12/2025) decides whether you are in scope - we start the data work in parallel with LkSG.
